iFilm English TV to take ‘Coast Guard’ down

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode of the series ‘Coast Guard’ on Monday.

The final episode of the series, directed by Mohsen Shah-Mohammadi and produced by Houman Kabiri, will be aired on July 17, 2023.

Set in a port in the south of Iran, ‘Coast Guard’ is about a successful factory owner, Akbar Amini, who goes missing.

His newly-wed daughter and son-in-law have come all the way from Tehran to look for him, but they had to go through smugglers and drug dealers first!

This was when Souban Esmaeeli, a police officer, entered the scene to investigate the missing and protect the newly-wed.

The series cast list includes Linda Kiani, Akbar Zanjanpour, Enayat Bakhshi, Iraj Rad, Hadis Fouladvand, Soheila Razavi, Elham Pavehnejad, Ahmad Najafi, Keyvan Mahmoudnejad, Ali Mardaneh, Bahram Ebrahimi, Ali Ashkan, and Farideh Garmsari.

‘Coast Guard’, produced in 2005, will be replaced by the series ‘The Tenth Night’ directed by Hassan Fathi.
